Does Orbit certify compliance?
No. We provide technology support: technical audit, implementation and monitoring. Certifications and legal advice belong to authorized third parties. Contractual detail is in the Terms and, when we access client data, in the processing annex signed with the proposal.
What does the initial audit include?
A technical diagnosis at a fixed cost (€1,000). Depth (basic, complete, extended or full) depends on the plan.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. The design is to move up orbit: same methodology, more cadence and scope when the business asks.
