You only pay in months when there is a rise to distribute.

No fixed fee, no minimums and no lock-in. Indextria charges 15% of the increment distributed that month. If CPI does not rise, there is no pool and no invoice.

    Run it with your numbers

Move the three values and you will see what is distributed and what it costs.

    How it is invoiced

    Month closed, invoice closed

At the end of the cycle we invoice 15% of what was actually distributed, not of what was forecast.

    No CPI, no cost

If the change is zero or negative, there is no pool, no distribution and no commission.

    No lock-in

The programme pauses from the panel. What the team has already unlocked is respected.

    What that 15% includes

    • Integration with your HR software
    • Official CPI data for each market
    • Rules panel and tracking
    • App for the whole team
    • Configurable redemption catalogue
    • Support and internal communication materials

    Budget questions

What will it cost me in a year?
It depends on CPI, so it changes every month. The calculator above and last year’s average CPI give you the order of magnitude.
Can I set a monthly cap?
Yes: you define what percentage of the increment enters the pool, and that is your ceiling. Absolute caps per company: to be confirmed in the product.
How does finance account for it?
As a variable social benefit, not as consolidated payroll. Accounting and tax fit: pending validation with advisers.

Twenty minutes and your own numbers.

We show you what it would look like at your company with the last twelve months of CPI. No commitment and nothing to install.
